Crispy fried cauliflower – better than meat!

Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) – top and bottom heat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and even cooking.

Step 2: Prepare the cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower florets thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.

Break any large pieces into evenly sized florets for even cooking.

Step 3: Season the cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese and mix well so that each piece is evenly coated.

Step 4: Roast the cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast for 30-40 minutes, until the florets are golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
