1 large cauliflower, divided into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
